Agriculture Department Facilities

Students enrolled in agriculture classes have the opportunity to learn valuable skills using our many different facilities, including laboratory equipped classrooms, a new greenhouse, two livestock barns, a 60-acre Land Learning Laboratory complete with a 30-acre wetland, 6-acre Chardonnay vineyard, and 3-acre pumpkin patch and corn field.  This summer a state of the art Veterinary Technology Lab was constructed with funds graciously donated from the G.K. Hardt Foundation and monies from a 1-D grant.  Also in the near future a new steer and lamb barn will be constructed and an orchard will be planted.
